Exercise:
Keep moving!  circulation is important and 30 minutes of walking or other cardio-activity can help with weight and stress management

Nutrition Tips
include omega-3 fatty acids; cold-water fish such as slamon and halibut, ground flaxseed and walnuts (in moderation)

Eat complex carbohydrates that take time to break-down in your system; this includes vegetables, fruits, legumes and wholegrain breads

UPPER BODY -  tone and strengthen your arms, back, shoulders, and chest.

CORE -  work all 12 of your core muscles for a supports your back, better posture and helps your balance
